Coaching Certification Grace Kim

Congratulations on deciding to become a Coach. I am so glad we get to walk on this career journey together. Many people claim themselves to be Coaches, but only few of them are actually certified with proper training and enough practice to quality them as professional coaches.

Completing a proper certification program that's approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) will set you apart from the rest as a Certified Professional Coach.

Choose one of the many certification courses created by Flow Coaching Institute and taught by me, and invest in yourself and your coaching career.

What is ICF?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals. As of July 2020, ICF has approximately 41,500 members in 147 countries and territories.

ICF does not offer their own certification programs. They only approve other coaching schools and programs and certify the graduates of those programs with ICF accreditation. The ICF-accredited programs go through a rigorous review process and demonstrate that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
