We start out with a deep-dive discovery call to narrow down on the specific area of life that we want to focus on.

Each 50min coaching session is highly personalised to meet your specific needs and goals.

Micro-Coaching

For the busy individuals that need more of an ongoing coaching style. Micro-coaching is for the clients that need an on-the-go accountability and coaching.

You can pay now, or book a free 30min Intro call with me to talk about which program will be best for you.

Go through the Intake Process

Once payments are made, I will take you through a smooth Intake Process which includes an intake questionnaires, and signing of a contract.

Once the Intake Process is complete, you will receive a link where you can book me, along with invitations to all the spaces you need to be in for your program.
